This program is part of our Leadership Alamance Alumni Association, offering LA graduates an opportunity to stay informed, skilled, and involved. Each of the four events in this series will focus on a hot topic or current event within the community, featuring a presenter well versed on the matter. In addition, topics may also include inspirational speakers, leadership activities, program spotlights, and more.
We have all witnessed the recent headlines in the news and as a leader in our community, we want to be sure we are educated on the topic and that we are doing our part to help fight back against violence in Alamance County. Join us for the Partners in Crime workshop and debunk some of the myths and stereotypes related to crime in Alamance County. Participants will spend time reflecting on personal and professional prospective and attitudes towards crime, and work in groups to generate ideas about how to address crime and its associated issues.
