Learn with Leaders

This program is part of our Leadership Alamance Alumni Association, offering LA graduates an opportunity to stay informed, skilled, and involved. Each of the four events in this series will focus on a hot topic or current event within the community, featuring a presenter well versed on the matter. In addition, topics may also include inspirational speakers, leadership activities, program spotlights, and more.

Effective presentations begin with establishing the objectives of our message and narrowing down to the key points you want to leave with your listeners.  From opening with impact to create a positive first impression to closing with power to leave a lasting final image, we are always presenting ourselves when we network, lead team meetings, present to a Board of Directors or go on a sales call.  A presentation is one of the most important tools a professional has for getting things accomplished and influencing others. You are the message.

• Open and close sessions with impact
• Understand the variety of support tools that strengthen a message
