Description
Are you wrestling with formalizing a plan for your start-up business? Do you wish your company had an easy-to-use plan that is flexible and easy to update? Do you need to submit a business plan for a grant application, but don't have one and don't know where to begin?
Enter the Business Model Canvas, a format that allows you to view and convey a wholistic view of your business. It's streamlined design helps you quickly identify any gaps or areas for improvement in your business model.
Come learn about this valuable tool in this workshop. Taught by Ms. Alyssa Martina, Director of Elon University's Doherty Center for Creativity, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, you will leave the session with a copy of your own canvas and a whole new way of managing your business.
*Note: This workshop will be especially helpful to applicants to the Chamber's Launch Grant.
