Micah Ray, our workshop presenter is Co-Founder of D4 Concepts, where he advises design, construction, and service-based SMB owners on strategy, leadership, and AI readiness. His path started in a family furniture business and continued through years at Liberty Hardware—where he built deep expertise in strategy, innovation, and operational leadership as the company grew from $10M to over $200M. 
 
He co-founded D4 with his business partner Mike Witt in 2019 to help businesses solve problems that hold them back. Through D4’s AI strategy practice and as Co-Founder of Zaiflow (AI automation and agent development), Micah helps leaders clarify strategy and processes before they implement technology. He is a Certified GiANT Worldwide Guide and regularly facilitates workshops for industry associations and company leadership teams.
