Description

Presented by D4 Concepts
This workshop is open to you and any of your employees, but it is designed in particular for new supervisors or those in a team management role. In this overview, participants will learn how the 5 Voices Framework transforms team dynamics and communication. This workshop reveals how different communication styles shape team performance and teaches practical ways to leverage each voice's strengths. Participants will gain tools to enhance collaboration and drive better results through improved understanding of themselves and their teammates.

Led by Mike Witt of D4 Concepts. Mike has a strong desire to positively impact the lives of others through his teaching, coaching, and mentorship.  Today he does this through his current training and support of leaders at all levels in not-for-profit and for-profit organizations across the U.S.
After graduating UNC-Greensboro, Mike spent 13 years in the athletic apparel industry with companies such as Nike and Champion Products, focused on roles ranging from Manufacturing Logistics to Production Operations and Planning Development. Mike then changed industries to focus on hard goods in the home improvement world with Liberty Hardware. Over his 19-year career there, he worked in several leadership roles in project management for Product Marketing and in Innovation. As a part of his role with Innovation, he was responsible for teaching others how to develop their ?innovation muscles? to be used in all aspects of their jobs.
In his current role as co-founder and partner with D4 Concepts, he focuses his efforts in building stronger leaders and stronger teams by teaching them new skill sets to manage themselves and others they lead.
Mike holds a BS in Marketing from University of North Carolina - Greensboro.
Mike?s Strengths and Abilities: Relationship Management; Project Management; Innovation Methodology; Process Design & Improvement; Workshop Facilitation.
