DESCRIPTION:If you're ready to start working ON your business instead of working IN your business\, Mastermind is for you. \n\nPinnacle's Business Mastermind is a program that brings together groups of business owners who are ready to take their companies to the next level. Together with a Pinnacle facilitator\, we study The E-Myth Revisited by Michael Gerber and talk about the essential lessons found in it. For example: according to Gerber\, in order for businesses to thrive\, there must be a healthy balance of being an entrepreneur\, manager\, and technician. It's the strategic work   the work of the Entrepreneur   says Gerber that most Technicians do not do that leads to business collapse.\n\n\n\nAs entrepreneurs\, we'll discuss Gerber's ideas\, share our own challenges\, talk about how to overcome them\, and act as sounding boards for one another as peers on the same journey.\n\n\n\n\n\nNote: This event is open to any small business owner/entrepreneur in Alamance County. You do not need to be an Alamance Chamber member to participate.\n\n\n\nThe goal is to increase awareness and understanding of how owners can grow their businesses in a productive\, successful way.
